How do I return an item?
All our prices in Antonio Strad Violin Online Store are valid only for online orders, and can not be applied with any other discount or promotion.
All products except for shrink wrapped items—like CDs and strings—can be returned and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. .
Shipping and handling charges are all not refundable.
To obtain a credit or refund, the goods must be in the same condition as when purchased, and must be shipped back in the original packaging.
Products sent back for replacement or credit must be returned within 10 days of original product receipt.
Please e-mail us or call us about the reason for your return. Have your name and any account information included in your e-mail so that we can easily identify your order. Once we receive your email we will reply with your authorization to return the item. If you call, we will gladly give you instructions on returning your item. This helps us note your account and avoid unnecessary delays in processing your return.
Do not write or tape anything on the original item.
Any bows returned should be untightened, or you may be responsible for the cost of the damage to the bow hair and stick.
Make sure that the items are adequately packed and padded so that they don’t receive any damage in transit.
For defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for an exchange or refund. There are no penalties for exchanging or returning a defective item. Once we receive the defective item, we will refund your account immediately.
Should your package be damaged during shipment, we will open a claim and refund your order once you have returned the item to the insurer, usually the shipping company.
